Pre-Orders For New TMNT Game For The Xbox One Still Ongoing

Fans of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be delighted to know that pre-orders for the new TMNT game for the Xbox One is now and still ongoing. It was in December last 2015 that news about a new TMNT game had first surfaced. Fans have immediately anticipated the announcement of the new game when rumours started circulating after a leak in Australia’s Classification Board rating systems gave the game an “M” rating. This could be referred to as the equivalent of the “T” in North America, specifically the United States’ Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB).

Activision was immediately tied to the new TMNT game but along with the known game publisher, it was also noted that PlatinumGames also had a listing on the ratings page as an author. While Activision didn’t make an immediate announcement following that leak, it was soon revealed that both Activision and PlatinumGames have been working on a new TMNT game which is now titled TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan.

Platinum and Activision had previously worked together in two other games that were well received namely The Legend of Korra and Transformers: Devastation. Now, TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan is set to be released on May 24, 2016. The game costs about $49.99 and will feature a bundle only edition containing a Mutants in Manhattan Rock ‘n Roll Pack and a Samurai Pack.

TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan will be a slash and hack game and the site for the battle will be in the streets, subways and the sewers. This new game is perfect for all ages and even kids may be able to play it.

TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan will be released for Xbox One, Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and 4 and even on Windows PC. Larry Hryb of Xbox Live announced that gamers would be able to pre-order the game early for the Xbox One so that means that TMNT fans can now begin to pre-order the game.

If you have grown up watching and knowing about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, then this is definitely the perfect game for you to play.
