Golfers’ Dream Trip To South America And The Caribbean

If you ask golf enthusiasts regarding the top destination in the world when it comes to golfing, they would easily answer places such as Florida, Scotland and California. This coming October, another place will come into the picture brought about by a partnership between Kalos Golf, a tour company located in North Carolina and TCS World Travel. They will be offering golfers what they call Best of South America Golf Tour. The package consists of an itinerary that will last 20 days. The golfers will be able to play in locations such as the Dominican Republic, Barbados, Brazil, Peru, Chile and Argentina.

The trip will start at Florida’s Four Seasons Resort Orlando where the tour guests will be spending a night. From there they will board the Boeing 757 which will take them to the Caribbean. The trip will be able to accommodate a maximum of 52 guests which is a one of a kind opportunity for those who are in love with golf.

In Barbados, they will stay for two days at the Sandy Lane where they will be able to try the Green Monkey course designed by Tom Fazio. They will have two options when staying in Peru, they can either ride a chartered train to see the Machu Picchu or they can stay at the Lima in order to experience the Los Inkas Golf Club exclusive only for members. After that, they will travel to the capital city of Santiago Chile where they will be able to go to a wine tasting tour, check out the Chilean National Museum of Fine Arts and see the Metropolitan Cathedral. They will proceed to the Hacienda Chicureo Golf Club after which features a course located in the high desert and they will be staying at the Ritz-Carlton Santiago.

The following three days will be dedicated for activities in Bariloche, a lake community, where they will be accommodated by the 5-star Llao LLao Hotel & Resort which houses a golf course. Brazil is next in line where they will be touring Rio de Janeiro and retire at the Belmond Copacabana Palace in order to play at the Gavea Golf and Country Club and the 2016 Olympic Golf Course. The Dominican Republic will be the last stop for the South America Tour packages where guests will be staying at Eden Roc and play at Punta Espada Golf Club. They will be then transported back to Orlando through the same plane.
